Just as you have started to work on a big project, you get the sudden need to make coffee, check why frogs are green, write an email to a long-lost friend or even clean the floor. If you know what I am talking about, you have been struggling with procrastination.  

Procrastination is not only something that happens with students, it’s a common productivity killer in workplaces as well. It is something that affects us all at some point in our lives, but nearly 20% of people identify themselves as chronic procrastinators.

There is a common misconception that procrastination is the same thing as laziness, but it is not. It is the gap between intention and action. And there are ways to fight it and to increase efficiency.
